About DragonWulf

DragonWulf is a Persian-Ecuadorian artist born in Laredo, Texas and now based in Los Angeles. His music developed from a fondness for slam poetry and spoken word along with inspiration from artists like J. Cole, Kendrick Lamar, Eminem, Lil Wayne, Childish Gambino and more.

DragonWulf’s musical style ranges from stripped back, personal narrative hip-hop like in tracks “I’m Tired” & “Vito” to louder and more energizing rap like in tracks “What Do I Want” & “Die 4 This.” His most recent EP, which consists of 5 love songs exploring his navigation of loves and heartbreaks, starts to expand his sound into more indie rock/pop as he utilizes more singing and beats with more instruments involved.

DragonWulf’s other successes include acting and filmmaking. Performing under the name Eman Esfandi, he can currently be seen in the iconic role of Ezra Bridger on the Disney+ Star Wars Series, AHSOKA, opposite Rosario Dawson, Wes Chatham, and Hayden Christensen. He was also recently included in IMDB’s Top Stars to Watch in 2023.

As Director and Producer, Eman’s first short film PEPITO was one of three films to win the inaugural HBO Latinx Short Film Competition and was licensed for streaming on HBO, HBOMax, & HBO Latino. It was also an official selection of Austin Film Festival in 2018.
